MANDATE OF THE NCPA

The NCPA's mandate includes a broad range of authority, objectives and duties. This includes formulating policies related to child abuse and exploitation, the therapy and rehabilitation of children who are victims of such abuse, co-ordination of the many groups and agencies involved in combating abuse, including NGOs, monitoring research and resource mobilization.
